These terms and condition apply to the use of the Zamya website. By accessing this website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. "Zamya" refers to Zamya whose office is situated at 319 Ordsall Lane, Salford, M5 3FT.

"website" refers to the website located at www.zamya.com.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it.

"conditions" means the terms and conditions set out in this document.

"goods" means the articles supplied and displayed for sale on the website.

"delivery" means the delivery of any goods.

"buyer" refers to you the customer placing an order.

Material on this website is protected by copyright which is owned by Zamya. Users may view, print and download the contents for personal use only; the contents must not be used for commercial purposes or incorporated in any publication in any form.

All orders for Goods shall be subject to these Conditions. Any variation of these Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by Zamya.

Payment of the price of an order must be received by Zamya and cleared before delivery. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, and will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Goods. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out in the Zamya website. Every effort has been made to ensure that items are portrayed and described as accurately as possible.

Zamya warrants that Services and Goods will at the time of Delivery correspond to the description given by Zamya.

Stock permitting, goods will be despatched within 72 hours and where possible on the day of placing the order. If an item is out of stock we will contact the buyer immediately and inform them of the expected delivery date. The method and address for delivery shall be as specified in the Buyer’s order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery.

Christmas orders: Orders that the buyer wishes to receive in time for Christmas must be placed by 12th December to ensure delivery is on time.

In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, we shall give a full refund or replacement, provided that we are informed within 72 hours of your receipt of these goods. Returns should be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice and sent back to us at Zamya, 319 Ordsall Lane, Salford, M5 3FT (including a copy of the original invoice). We will also reimburse the cost of postage and packaging.

We do not take responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We would advise you to ensure returned items are sent by ‘insured registered delivery’, and that you retain the receipt.

If you dislike an item we will gladly exchange these goods or give a credit/debit card/cheque refund, depending on the method of your payment, provided you keep your receipt, and the goods are unopened and it is within 21 days of the purchase date. However, you will be responsible for postage costs on such returns.

We endeavour to offer excellent service to our valued customers. If you are unhappy for any reason with any aspect of our service, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email and we will ensure your complaint is dealt with efficiently.

Credit card details are transferred to our secure payment gateway, we do NOT hold any credit card details on our systems.
